Absolutely, we strive to provide our services at all convenient times for our customers.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@exclusivepoolsandspa.ca. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product reaches us safely.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as per your preference.
Exceptions:
