Absolutely, we strive to provide our services at all convenient times for our customers.

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@exclusivepoolsandspa.ca. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product reaches us safely.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as per your preference.

• Refund: If you choose a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
• Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the requested replacement product to you, subject to availability. If the replacement product has a different price, you may be required to pay the price difference or receive a refund for the price difference.

Exceptions:

a. Custom Orders: Custom orders, including specially ordered products or services tailored to your specifications, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

b. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage.
